- Button Mushrooms - 20
- Coarsely Ground Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves sliced
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Oregano and Thyme for seasoning.
- Salt to taste
Method
- Clean and cut mushrooms. Microwave on high for 5 mins or till soft.
- Heat olive oil in Kadai, add chopped garlic and fry.
- Remove the garlic from the oil, add mushrooms, soya sauce and ginger garlic paste.
- Add salt and let mushrooms cook.
- When mushrooms are cooked, add pepper and 1 egg and toss till egg is cooked.
- Add oregano and thyme and remove from flame.
- You may add corn or olives for extra taste.
